Terra Technologies inspects construction sites to monitor soil erosion control measures to ensure compliance with Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). Some counties require recipients of land disturbance permits to hire a qualified inspector to conduct regular inspections of disturbance sites, including all erosion and sediment and other pollutant control measures, outfalls, and off-site receiving waters in accordance with the inspection schedule outlined in the approved Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
