Scientists with the Terra Technologies Overland Park office announce the successful environmental permitting of the Winding Creek Residential Development in Cass County Missouri. Adjacent to Raintree Lake, the development will provide additional residential lots in one of the most popular communities in North Cass County Missouri. All naturally occurring wetlands adjacent to Alexander Creek were protected and preserved by the developer. In exchange for small jurisdictional impacts to ephemeral channels, the applicant will create additional riparian habitat adjacent to Alexander Creek
