David Flick is proud to announce that Terra Technologies' Wetland Ecologist Shane Staten began a year-long term as President of the Central Chapter of the Society of Wetland Scientists beginning at the end of the chapter's annual meeting at the Columbia Bottoms Conservation Area. Mr. Staten will also sit on the Board of Directors for the international Society.
The Society of Wetland Scientists is the world's largest professional society of Wetland Scientists and represents those in the private, public, non-profit, and academic sectors. The Central Chapter of the Society encompasses Missouri and Kansas.
