To Give Talk Regarding Recent Clean Water Act Regulatory Changes
at a Lorman Education Services Seminar 
on September 23, 2011

 

Terra Technologies' Shane Staten will address a seminar titled Current Issues In Storm Water Regulation on September 23, 2011.  The event is a one-day seminar presented by Lorman Education Services and is intended for engineers, presidents, vice presidents, business owners and managers, project managers, environmental professionals, public works and utilities directors, developers, planners, surveyors, contractors, property owners and managers, architects, and attorneys.

Mr. Staten's talk is titled Recent Changes to Clean Water Act Section 404 & 401 Wetland and Stream Regulations.  He will discuss the 2012 changes to the Nationwide Permits, the regional supplements to the Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual, changes to the Missouri Stream Mitigation Method and the 2011 Guidance of Identifying Waters Protected by the Clean Water Act.
