Terra Technologies announces that the Spring Hill Residential Development has received its 404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and its 401 Water Quality Certification from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Through consultation with the client, Terra Technologies was able to minimize the impacts of this project on wetlands and streams (waters of the U.S.) to allow the client to receive a Nationwide Permit instead of an Individual Permit. This allowed the project to proceed approximately six months earlier than if the project needed an Individual Permit.
