David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces the recent completion of a critical design build streambank stabilization project on a Crackerneck Watershed tributary in Independence, Missouri. Within seven days of client authorization, the firm received a Nationwide Permit verification from the US Army Corps of Engineers in compliance with Clean Water Act Section 404 and 401 requirements and effected the design and reconstruction of a failed outfall headwall. A recent mass wasting event created the failed condition, threatening the structural integrity of an adjacent residential structure.
The scientists and engineers at Terra Technologies work closely with private and public clients to implement emergency streambank improvements in compliance with state and federal regulations. Contact your local Terra Technologies office for more information. |
