Terra Technologies announces that the Polo Fields Residential Development has received its 404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and its 401 Water Quality Certification from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Through our knowledge of the complex and changing understanding of isolated waters of the U.S., Terra Technologies was able to provide the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers the necessary information to decide that an upland farm pond was not within their jurisdiction, allowing the project to receive a Nationwide Permit because of its limited impacts to waters of the U.S.
