David Flick, Principal and Founder of Terra Technologies, announces the purchase of Parisi Ecoworks Incorporated located in Moscow Mills, Missouri. Parisi Ecoworks is a regional construction company specializing in bioengineering installations including natural stream channel construction and large scale wetland restoration projects.
The company has completed projects of significant size for many clients including the US Army Corps of Engineers, Metropolitan Saint Louis Sewer District, City of Saint Peters, City of Saint Charles, City of Independence, City of Chesterfield, and many other municipal customers. Private clients include railways, developers, and utility companies.
Operations are being transferred to Harrisonville, Missouri in 2011. The company name is changed to Swallow Tail D/B Incorporated.
On behalf of Swallow Tail LLC, the company is constructing the Spring River Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank near Mount Vernon, Missouri and recently completed construction of the Crane Creek Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank near Hurley, Missouri. In April 2011, the company will initiate construction of the Conservation Corridor wetland and stream mitigation area at the BNSF Kansas City Intermodal Facility near Edgerton, Kansas. Jeff Parisi will manage field operations of the company.
