The St. Louis office of Terra Technologies is pleased to have been selected by the City of St. Peters for the design, construction oversight, and monitoring of more than 50 acres of Mitigation Wetlands and more than 34 acres of Riparian Enhancement Areas at the Lakeside 370 Business Park. In addition, Terra Technologies will monitor approximately 116 acres of Wetland Preservation Areas to determine if the planned development has any effect on the existing wetlands. Work is anticipated to begin in May 2006 with monitoring to extend 5 years to ensure the success of the project and compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulations.
