David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces the firm has successfully completed Clean Water Act permitting for the Grey Oaks Commercial Development in Shawnee, Johnson County, Kansas. The project provides retail and office space in an expanding business district of Shawnee. Craig Gump, Terrestrial Ecologist with the firm, served as project manager.
A total of 1,606 linear feet of jurisdictional stream channel exist at the development parcel. As impacts to jurisdictional stream channels exceeded a total of 300 linear feet, an Individual 404/401 Permit was required for the project.
