Terra Technologies announces that the Village at Clear Creek Residential Development has received its 404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and its 401 Water Quality Certification from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. This development in Johnson County, Kansas will protect the entire length of Clear Creek within the property boundaries as well as all onsite wetlands.
