Terra Technologies’ Environmental Consulting Services are managed by David J. Heinze, P.E.  Mr. Heinze has a broad-based background in environmental consulting and has been at the leading edge of investigation and remediation technology.  Major accomplishments include:

  • Remedial Investigation at a CERCLA mixed-waste landfill in St. Louis. Comprehensive radiological and chemical investigation activities of all media using innovative/advanced techniques.  Extensive agency reporting/negotiation.

  • Remedial Action Construction at a major Southwest Missouri CERCLA groundwater remediation project.  Double-containment piping/leak detection system were installed from wells in unconsolidated/fractured shallow bedrock to a treatment system.

  • Engineering Design and Installation of a 2,000-foot long subsurface Horizontal Well at an industrial facility to remove TCE impacted groundwater from a plume, which extended over 1,000 feet off site.
