In order to comply with the requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, all friable Asbestos-Containing Materials and all non-friable Asbestos-Containing Materials that may be rendered friable must be removed from a facility prior to demolition/renovation activities.
Terra Technologies inspectors are licensed in the State of Missouri and accredited under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). Our experience and expertise ensure prompt and accurate findings.
During site surveys, suspect-building materials are identified and sampled. Suspect materials could include thermal system insulation, boiler insulation, window caulking, floor tile, roofing material and miscellaneous other materials. Bulk sampling and analysis are performed in accordance with EPA regulations and testing methods.
